What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect some non-personally identifiable information automatically and some in our registration and contact forms. The Cross Insurance Center does not share personal data with any other third party company or account that is not directly controlled by the Cross Insurance Center.

If you have filled out a form on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Some non-personally identifiable information, like a user’s IP address, is collected by our Google Analytics and Adwords accounts. This information is used for tracking our personal marketing operations as well as technical data on users (see Analytics above). Some personally identifiable information is shared with our Ticketmaster account from user’s choosing to Opt-In through our registration or contact forms.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.
