Weather & Venue Notice: This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, a final determination regarding event status and location will be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Vendors will be notified promptly of any changes.
Refund Policy: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued within three (3) weeks of the event.
Vendor Setup Requirements
Vendors are responsible for providing and managing their entire setup. No tables, chairs, pipe and drape, or electricity will be provided.
Each vendor will be allocated a minimum 10’ x 10’ space for setup. Vendors may use a canopy; however, all canopies used outdoors must be properly secured with weights for safety reasons.
Canopies are also permitted if the event is moved indoors.
