We at the Cross Insurance Center enjoy this busy time of year and love to see all of you from this wonderful state we call home.
Thank you to everyone who attended the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner, MPA Class B, C, & D Regionals, the Bangor Wedding Show, and UMaine Women’s basketball game vs UMBC. Without you, we could not do what we love, which is providing a venue for great entertainment and memories that will last a lifetime.
We also wanted to take the time to thank all those amazing
media members that have stopped by and covered events at the CIC this past
week. Thank you for all your great work
and we look forward to working with you all many more times in the future!
Here’s is just a sampling of all the great coverage from all over the state:

A BIG thank you to Sam Rogers for coming to talk with our General Manager Tony Vail and Assistant General Manager Rob Copeland on all the work it takes to change-over our arena for various events (like the BRCC Dinner, MPA Cheering, and UMaine Basketball), all while hosting simultaneous shows. It’s not easy, but we’re planning on having more events and having busier times in the future!
A HUGE thank you to Morgan Sturdivant of WABI and the rest of the team for talking with us about the huge undertaking it is to host a dinner of this magnitude. Our Food & Beverage department knocked it out of the park again for the over 1,000 attendees for this wonderful event.
Thanks again to Morgan Sturdivant for joining us for not just one live hit, but multiple ones during the BRCC Awards Dinner.

Thanks to Chris Popper for helping us convey our Security Policy to those attending the MPA Regionals. With your help we saw the lines move quicker than ever for fans in attendance.
Awesome job once more from WABI for covering this event that saw hundreds of brides and visitors to the Convention Center to talk with vendors.

We appreciate Kayla Hevey coming back on Sunday morning to talk with vendors and Townsquare representatives about this big event for brides at the CIC.
Though Maine lost, our fans were out in full force and we LOVED the energy in the building. Let’s make it even better when the Black Bears return to the CIC in February.
