UPDATE: All games scheduled for the Hall of Fame Holiday Classic after 2:00 pm have been postponed for Friday.

Any game cancellations are due to the weather and not risking the safety of the athletes, our guests and our staff. These decisions to cancel were done collaboratively between the CIC, the MBHOF and the respective school. Game updates will be posted on our website and social media outlets. At this point the schedule for tomorrow hasn’t changed.

Welcome to the Maine Basketball Hall of Fame Holiday Classic!

We hope the teams and players involved will enjoy the opportunity to play on the C.I.C. floor, while their loyal fans cheer them on and spend a few hours of their holiday time in the Queen City.

The Hall of Fame’s primary mission is to honor individuals and teams that make Maine basketball special, while preserving the history of our game. The Maine Basketball Hall of Fame is housed in the Cross Insurance Center Concourse in Bangor, where you can find a variety of artifacts, plaques, and information on the individuals and teams that have been inducted into our Hall. We hope you’ll spend some time in the Concourse during your visit.

The teams coming to the Cross Center on the 27th and 28th of December are playing regular season, countable games. We appreciate their participation and support and look forward to seeing their collective talents on display.

The Maine Basketball Hall of Fame is a non-profit organization; we encourage you to visit our website at: Through the support of our sponsors as well as basketball fans like you, this basketball Classic can become an annual event.

Thank you for coming and enjoy the games!

Yours in Basketball,
Tony Hamlin
Executive Director, Maine Basketball Hall of Fame
